Setting  Appointments.

1st Appointment: 2 hours/$30

 

This is where we decide how many pages will be in the book. We will also decide how many quarter page/ half page/ full page/ or double page illustrations we will need for your story to be told. We will also decide how many characters will be designed for your book.

 

-- Be sure to have the following information organized and ready to be reviewed...

 

* Book size (number of pages)

 

* "well- established idea" of what you want

(be sure to include copy of book script, color ideas, amount of detail)

 

* A list of any necessary accomodations, such as completion time, specific creative expectations, and any other additions not discussed in the "well- established idea."

 

* The exact start date in which you will  begin ( which is setting up 2nd Apt date)

 

*30 dollars for appointment fees-

(non- refundable, so be certain you are ready to start and have thourally reveiwed the prices , rules, and procedures)

IN ADDITION, THE ARTIST WILL...

*  Give you the Overall price of Project .

YOU MUST....

* You Must Review, then sign and date All Proposal Forms , Special Accomodation Forms, and  Mandatory Rules and Procedure Forms.( for each project if more than one) and return to the Artist by agreed start date/ 2nd appointment.

 

Character Design and Rough Layout of Entire story/2nd  Appointment: 2 hrs/$100 plus 50$ each character

 

This is where we thoroughly discuss the full description of each character. We will also begin to plan the setting for each character and/or scenes.

$50 per Character Design
To design characters, it will cost $50 per character, which pays for at least 2 hours to complete a rough draft of one character. There will be a charge of 25$ for each additional hour. 

$100 for Rough Layout of your entire story

These will be thumbnail sketches of your story, including a rough layout of your characters in sketched scenes.

 

The Rough Draft - 3rd Appointment/$100 dollars

 

we design the rough draft of your story, including the environment of where the characters live, and the props that support the activities of the characters, or that illustrate what the author is saying to tell the story.

 

Research Time:

$50 per hour of research, and $100 per day for major research For highly detailed stories that need to be historically accurate, or require a lot of research, due to the nature of the literary works. 

Major research includes, visiting a museum, or finding a model to turn into a cartoon.

 

Final Copy

finished product.

the remainder of the overall costs of the project, given to the client in the first appointment, are due before they can receive the final copy of their project.

Mandatory Rules and Procedures:

 

* If More than One Project... Each Project will be Categorized by the Artist, separated, and Done using the following Rules and Procedures, ONE PROJECT AT A TIME!!!

 

 * Total cost of project is to be paid in full, before receiving final copy, following the 3 - Appointment decriptions above.

 

* All proposal forms, Special Accomodation Forms, and  Mandatory Rules and Procedure Forms are to be turned in by the client, to the Artist, signed and dated on the agreed start date.

 

* The minimum amount of time a project takes is 1 month. The maximum is 3 months. (time may vary based on amount of pages, amount of detail, and any specific accomodations of client. )

 

* Artist sets his or her own time schedule, that is subject to change upon the Artist's discrepancy, unless specific time accomidation is discussed between  the artist and client, and already agreed upon, in the 1st Appointment.

* The exact start date in which you will  begin the project

*20 dollars for appointment fees-

(non- refundable, so be certain you are ready to start and have thourally reveiwed the prices , rules, and procedures)

IN ADDITION, THE ARTIST WILL...

*  Give you the Overall price of Project not including supplies, according to the Estimated Mural pricing, located below.

 

* Deliver, and email you the full supplies list and total cost of supplies, to be  included in the  overall price of Project  given to you, within 24 hours.

YOU MUST....

 

* You Must Review, then sign and date All Proposal Forms , Special Accomodation Forms, and  Mandatory Rules and Procedure Forms.( for each project if more than one) and return to the Artist by agreed start date.

* If More than One Project... Each Project will be Categorized by the Artist, separated, and Done using the following Rules and Procedures, ONE PROJECT AT A TIME!!!

 

* On the agreed start date, 50% of the overall price of Project , including the costs of supplies , is due

--- Artist will then be responsibe to go and get supplies after 50% of overal price is sumitted by client, on the agreed start date

 

* All proposal forms, Special Accomodation Forms, and  Mandatory Rules and Procedure Forms are to be turned in by the client, to the Artist, signed and dated on the agreed start date.

 

* The remaining 50% of the overall price of project is due 2 weeks from the agreed start date

 

* The minimum amount of time a project takes is 1 month. The maximum is 3 months. (time may vary based on size of wall,  amount of detail, and any specific accomodations of client. )

 

* Artist sets his or her own time schedule, that is subject to change upon the Artist's discrepancy, unless specific time accomidation is discussed between  the artist and client, and already agreed upon, in the 1st Appointment.

 

* The artist cannot work on exterior murals in the rain, sleet, hail, snow, extreme heat/cold, or any  natural disaster, such as hurricane, tornado, tsunami, or earthquake. (Mural completion time will be adjusted according to any of the previous)

 

* All hazards that can jepardize the safety and/ or health of the artist must be removed by client, prior to the agreed start date.
